The problem
The schedule is accurate the day it's built. A week later nobody trusts it, and everyone keeps their own copy.
What was decided lives in a notebook, a text thread, or an email nobody can find when it matters.
What actually happened on site never makes it back into the schedule, so the plan stops reflecting the job.
You find out the target date slipped when there's no time left to do anything about it.
Office, super, and PM each work off a different file. Nobody knows which one is current.
Action items get agreed to out loud, then drift with no name, no due date, and no link to the work.
Shared project workspace
Your organization holds the members, the jobs, the tasks, the meetings, the dates, and the reports. Everyone works from the same project instead of trading files.

Meeting Tracker
Every project meeting becomes a structured record — what was decided, what changed, what’s at risk, and who owes what by when. Action items can link to an existing project task or create a new one on the spot.
Action-item ownership is recorded as a name. Project Tracker does not currently assign tasks to user accounts or send automated assignee notifications.
Plan versus actual
Import compatible .xlsx or .csv exports from PlumbLine Daily Logs and compare scheduled work against documented jobsite activity — without entering anything twice.
The two apps are companions: Project Tracker handles schedules, forecasting, meetings, and coordination. Daily Logs handles field documentation, photos, employee time, and checklists.

Features
Real, shipped capability. Anything still in progress is labeled as such.
Members, jobs, tasks, meetings, schedule information, progress, and reports all live in your organization. A solo user starts with a personal workspace that becomes a team environment the moment someone joins.
Jobs, tasks, meetings, dates, progress, decisions, and action items synchronize across connected devices — no separate copies of the schedule to reconcile.
Edits to different parts of the same record are both preserved. When two people change the exact same field at once, PlumbLine detects the conflict instead of quietly discarding someone's work.
Small profile indicators next to the project name show which teammates are currently viewing the same job, so you're not duplicating or undoing each other's work.
Create project tasks, put them in order, set planned dates, update as the job changes, and watch upcoming work. Tasks are shared across the organization.
Record actual activity against planned dates, see schedule movement, and identify work running earlier or later than expected — building a clear project history as you go.
Current project information drives a forecast of likely target dates: whether you're gaining or losing time, and when future work should reasonably occur. A planning and early-warning tool, not a guarantee.
Import compatible .xlsx or .csv exports from PlumbLine Daily Logs to compare scheduled work with what the field recorded — no duplicate entry.
Document purpose, participants, decisions, changes, risks, verification needs, and an effectiveness score — with action items that can link to existing or newly created project tasks.
Schedule information, planned and actual progress, forecasts, status, decisions, action items, due dates, risks, and effectiveness scores — organized into clean documentation.
Enter their email, prepare the invitation, and they accept or decline — new or existing PlumbLine users. Invitations are prepared for the owner to send; automated delivery isn't live yet.
Email and password sign-in, session management, sign-out, and account deletion. Project information is protected by organization membership — no cross-organization access.
Professional reports
Project reports carry schedule information, planned and actual progress, target-date forecasts, and status. Meeting reports carry participants, decisions, action items, due dates, risks, follow-up needs, and the effectiveness score.

Team invitations and management
Enter an email, prepare the invitation, and the recipient accepts or declines. Works for new and existing PlumbLine users. Invitation emails are prepared for the owner to send.
See everyone in the organization and remove a member when they move on. Member management is built and receiving final live-app verification.
Removing someone ends their access to your organization. It does not delete their PlumbLine account, their access to other organizations, or the work attributed to them.
If an organization’s only owner deletes their account while members remain, the longest-tenured remaining member is promoted so the workspace is never left without an owner.
Built for residential construction
More structured and collaborative than a spreadsheet. Simpler and more focused than a large construction-management suite. Priced for solo professionals and growing crews alike.
